Get to Beading
The most fun ever combined with instant gratification is learning bead stringing.
The basic tools of the trade:
- Cutter : wire cutter or nippers
- Crimp Beads: Sterling Silver tube crimps 2x2mm
- Beading wire: several different types available on the market
- Crimping Pliers: special tool for use with the 2x2 mm Crimp beads
- Clasp: toggle or lobster clasp
- Beads: what ever you personal taste is for the “look” you wish to create
I also suggest that you take a class to start you off on the right foot. Basic techniques, design information and tricks of the trade.
